b) to request information if it has been processed,
c) to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
ç) to know the third parties to whom it has been transferred domestically/abroad,
d) to request correction if it is incomplete/incorrectly processed,
e) to request its deletion/destruction or anonymization within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK,
f) to request notification of the operations performed in accordance with clauses (d) and (e) above to third parties to whom it has been transferred,
g) to object to an unfavorable outcome arising from its analysis exclusively by automated systems,
ğ) to demand compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

In accordance with the regulations of the KVKK, you can submit your request regarding the exercise of your rights mentioned above, in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, and also through the channels specified below, to moodfest.com.tr.
